Next week is going to be an interesting one for Apple fans as it sees the start of the MacWorld 2008 Expo, which opens with a Keynote address by head honcho Steve Jobs.

Whenever Steve puts in an appearance you know there’s big news a’coming - new iPods, the iPhone, etc - so the rumour mill starts churning out all sorts wishlists.

1.  I’d like to get back to reading more, and hopefully will get a bit more time to do so as the year progresses.  The target for the year is to read at least 20 books.

2.  Our visit to Paris showed up just how little French I have remembered - not surprising really as I’ve had little chance to use it since leaving school.  Target is to brush up on this and learn a little German too.

Well it’s certainly been an eventful season, I don’t think anyone could argue with that! Some of it has been good and some of it has been bad, but from both of these we can learn things which should be either repeated or avoided next year when it all starts again.

It would be easy to say that the FIA are the ones who should be changing, and in some instances that is correct but from a personal viewpoint I think there are a few other people who also need to change in some areas.
