I was thinking more about this having read numerous posts riddled with speculation.

While it would appear everyone is in agreement that there will be a new MacBook called the MacBook Air, I’m still not convinced!

I just don’t think they would have used the product’s name in the teaser promo, and if they did I would have expected them to capitalise it to read “Air” rather than just “air” - but perhaps I’m wrong, it’s happened before!

The picture Apple have chosen to use on the banners is of the upper portion of their logo, focussing mainly on the stalk and leaf at the top of the apple.

MacWorld 2008 bannerAll the speculation is reaching fever pitch and the number of rumours concerning what will be unveiled at MacWorld 2008 tomorrow is getting so out of hand that whatever is actually unveiled will end up being a bit of a disappointment as some of the things being touted are simply not going to happen.

Since shots like this one were released onto the web every Apple fanboy has been racking his brains trying to figure out what the message can mean.  This banner has been hoisted at the Moscone Center, the location of MacWorld 2008, so whatever the intriguing line refers to must be the new release Steve Jobs is going to release to the masses during his Keynote speech tomorrow morning.

Next week is going to be an interesting one for Apple fans as it sees the start of the MacWorld 2008 Expo, which opens with a Keynote address by head honcho Steve Jobs.

Whenever Steve puts in an appearance you know there’s big news a’coming - new iPods, the iPhone, etc - so the rumour mill starts churning out all sorts wishlists.

I’ve always though that the prices in Apple’s iTunes store were pretty reasonable - okay you don’t get a physical copy of the song or album you are buying but then you normally pay a bit less too so what’s to complain about?

Unlike other music retailers they don’t have sales which means that at the moment you are probably better off buying some albums in the shops as Amazon have them for as low as just a couple of pounds.

It’s not just me, it seems everybody and everything loves the Apple MacBook Pro!
